You are now able to file your tax return for income 2025. Are you a non-resident? The period for submitting tax returns takes place between September and November.

The heirs must submit the deceased's tax return during the regular submitting period.

If you have income in Belgium and reside (primarily) abroad, you must submit a tax return.
