What if I do not agree with the observations in the declaration form?
If you do not agree with the observations, you can communicate this:
- By submitting a declaration via MyMinfin: in the last step ‘Aangifte indienen’ (‘Submit declaration’), you can mention under ‘Bijkomende opmerkingen’ (‘Additional remarks’) that you have received a declaration form 43T and explain why you do not agree.
- By post: you can attach a note to the declaration form stating the reason why you do not agree.
You can also directly contact the department listed on the form.
