Definition and use
The FPS Finance allocates cadastral income to immovable property. This is a notional value used as a basis for certain taxes. Find out, among other things, how you can easily consult the cadastral income of your immovable property.

Declaration
If you occupy a new construction or have your immovable property modified, you must declare it. Based on this, we will determine the cadastral income for your immovable property.

Site visit
If you have received a declaration form 43T, it means one of our staff members has observed modifications to your immovable property. Find out what to do and how to submit this form to us.

Abroad
If you own immovable property abroad, you must declare it, provided you are a person liable to tax in Belgium. Any sale or modification of an immovable property abroad also requires you to file a declaration. This property will then be allocated a cadastral income.
