  • Unblocking a bank account after death

    When a bank has been notified of a death, it blocks the accounts of the deceased until it knows the correct heirs. With a certificate of inheritance that we provide, you can prove who the heirs are.

  • Selling or donating inherited immovable property

    If you inherit immovable property and want to sell or donate it, you will need a deed of inheritance. In some cases, this deed can be obtained from the FPS Finance.

  • Estates without claimants or heirs

    For example, if no heir comes forward, we can claim a financially interesting estate for the Belgian state. As an heir, you have thirty years to request the restitution of the estate.
