Report an error in the patrimonial documentation

Access the error reporting form
- Sign in to your MyMinfin account.
- Go to “Consulter mes données immobilières" ("View my property data”) in “Mon habitation" ("My home”).
- Click on “Signaler une erreur" ("Report an error”) opposite the property you wish to report as incorrect, after checking the data.

Fill in the error reporting form
An error reporting form opens.
Follow the instructions below to complete the form:The fields “Identifiant parcellaire cadastral ("Cadastral parcel identifier”) and “Adresse du bien" ("Property address”) are automatically filled in and cannot be changed manually.

Select the appropriate error type

« Ce bien ne m’appartient pas » ("This property does not belong to me”)
Describe the error
Add a detailed description of the error in the dedicated field (maximum 1800 characters). This description is key for us to understand the error you are confronted with.
Add a supporting document
Adding a supporting document is optional but highly recommended so that we have as much information as possible to process your error report.
You can add several documents of the same type. -
« Ce bien ne m’appartient plus » ("This property no longer belongs to me")
Describe the error
Please provide in the "Description" field the following data in detail (maximum 1800 characters):
- Date on which your rights to this property ended (mandatory);
- How these rights ended (optional);
Examples: sale, gift, partition, inheritance, other. - Any additional information that may be useful to process your error report (optional).
Add a supporting document
Adding at least one supporting document is mandatory so that we have as much information as possible to process your error report.
You can add several documents of the same type. -

Select the incorrect detail
Please select from the drop-down list the incorrect detail shown on the overview of your property. Don't forget to specify the incorrect value and the correct value in the "Description" field.

Add a detailed description of the error in the dedicated field (maximum 1800 characters). This description is key for us to understand the error you are confronted with.

« La représentation de mon bien sur le plan parcellaire cadastral est erronée » ("The representation of my property on the cadastral parcel plan is incorrect")
Describe the error
In the field "Description", please provide details of the errors relating to the representation of your property. Please enter between 1 and 5 incorrect details from the following options (maximum 1800 characters):
- My parcel is misrepresented;
- My address is incorrectly displayed;
- My building isn’t on the right location;
- There should be no building on the parcel;
- My building is misrepresented.
Add a supporting document
Adding at least one supporting document is mandatory so that we have as much information as possible to process your error report.
You can add several documents of the same type.

Send the report
When all mandatory data are completed, the "Envoyer" ("Send") button appears.
Click "Envoyer" ("Send") to submit your report. -
Follow-up of the report
Check out your "Mes documents" ("My documents") page for the follow-up of your report.
Once we receive your report, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt with the time required to process your file.
When the file is closed, whether the error has been corrected or not, we will send you the report of your file.If we lack information, we will ask you for additional details by this means.
Please use the box provided for this purpose in the document to send the missing details as soon as possible.
