Request a payment plan

If you are experiencing temporary financial difficulties, applying for a payment plan would give you a due date adapted to your personal situation. As long as you submit your request before the due date of your tax debt and that you do not have any other outstanding tax debt with the FPS Finance. Find out how to proceed.
  • Online with an easy and secure access to MyMinFin

    The payment plan application is facilitated on MyMinFin.be portal, where you can lodge your online application quickly and securely. Note that the online platform MyMinFin is not available in English. See it for yourself on the video displayed below.

    Apply for a payment plan through our contact form. Note that the contact form is not available in English. Note: if you submit your payment plan request for a due date exceeding four months, you must attach a request form (which can be downloaded on the right side of this webpage).

    Whether you apply for a short-term or a medium-term payment plan, you must send your letter to this address:

    • A simple letter containing your request (if you are able to pay your tax debt within four months from the date of payment notification).

    Note: do not omit to mention in your letter: your national number and the reference number of the debt for which your request a payment plan. These two data are mentioned in your payment notice.

    • The application form (if you are able to pay your tax debt between four months and twelve months within the date of payment notification): which can be downloaded on the right side of this webpage.
