ForReg

Through the ForReg (Foreign Registration) application, you can request access to the online services of the FPS Finance using the identifier 'username and password'. 

  • You can only submit a ForReg application if you do not have any other identifier. 

  • What is the application procedure?

    1. You create the identifier 'username and password'.

      To this end, register a username and password and validate your e-mail address. 

      It is not possible to recover your username or password. If you have forgotten your username or password, you will need to create a new profile with a different e-mail address and go through the application procedure again. 

    2. You submit a ForReg application to activate this identifier for the online service you want to use.

      • Log on to the online service you want to use with the identifier 'username and password'.
        You will automatically be redirected to the ForReg application. 
      • Fill in the application form. 
        • Load the following documents:  
          • a copy of your passport, identity card or driving licence  
          • a copy of an official document showing your domicile  
          • a photo of yourself holding the copy of the document  
             
      • Select the domain corresponding to the operation you want to perform.  
      Domain Operation

      Tax residence certificate (276conv) 

      Applying for a tax residence certificate (to prove to a foreign administration that my tax residence is indeed in Belgium).

      Deposits and Consignments (e-DEPO) 

      Depositing and releasing my rental guarantee.
      Depositing funds in the form of consignment (such as securities, guarantees, etc.).  
      Depositing funds in a deposit account. 
      Monitoring and managing my deposits. 
      Requesting the repayment of my deposits. 

      Registration 

      Registering, managing and consulting my lease agreement and delivery report. 
      Registering gifts or other private instruments.
      Applying for the refund of registration duties. 
      Paying for my nationality application or name change.

      Property 

      Consulting information about my immovable property. 
      Declaring a new construction, renovation or modification of my immovable property in Belgium. 
      Declaring the acquisition, sale, new construction, renovation or modification of a foreign immovable property. 
      Requesting a certificate of non-ownership. 
      Requesting a cadastral extract. 
      Consulting my documents on mortgage information. 

      Private individuals taxes and returns 

      Submitting my tax return. 
      Consulting my tax assessment notice or other documents.
      Filing an objection to my tax computation.


      Pledge register 

       

      Registering, amending, renewing, transferring, deleting or consulting a pledge or retention of title. 
      Waiving of rank for a registered pledge. 

      Estate 

       

      Submitting a declaration of estate. 
      Submitting a wealth tax return (not-for-profit organisation). 
      Applying for a deed of inheritance.
      Consulting my documents on estates without heirs.

    3. We will check your application and your identity.

      • An employee of the FPS Finance will check your application and invite you for a video interview to confirm your identity. 
      • Once your identity is confirmed, the employee of the FPS Finance will activate the identifier 'username and password' for the online service that will allow you to perform the operation. From then on, you can also use this identifier to perform operations through our other online services for private individuals. Please note: this identifier only allows access to online services managed by the FPS Finance.
