      Save time
      Favour less busy times such as between 12 and 2pm or between 3 and 5pm, preferably on Thursdays and Fridays.
      Have your identity card ready.
      If you have a direct code, enter it when you call.

      The direct code consists of 5 or 10 digits. You can find it:

      • at the bottom of the letter we sent you, below our phone number.
      • on the pages of our website.

      Always use our official correspondence addresses for any exchange of correspondence.

      We welcome you by appointment only, at any of our offices.

      Call us on + 32 2 572 57 57 (standard rate) between 9am and 5pm every working day.
      We will always try to help you over the phone first, to avoid unnecessary travel.
      However, if we are unable to help you, we will arrange a meeting with you at one of our offices.
